Log into your wallet.

Click the your profile to see the drop down menu

Select support ticket.

Click New ticket to open your support ticket.

Fill in the necessary information for your support ticket and attach any relevant image or information that will aid us to resolve your problem faster.

You will receive an update as soon as we reply your ticket via your user dashboard.
